Paradigm Shifters began as casual coffee and tea chats among friends and professionals aiming to bridge the gap between businesses and their potential across India. The pandemic in 2020 accelerated our vision, leading to formal incorporation and launch in March 2021 as a one-stop solution for growth.
We started with broad services like professional search, training, etc to make a meaningful difference for clients. Over time, we've specialized in recruitment, building partnerships with law firms, in-house legal teams in India and international ones, from Tier-1 to boutique practices.

Khyati is a legal recruiter with a focus on placing lawyers across practice areas. Her recruitment journey began at LawSikho & Vahura, where she worked with the Legal Recruitment Team to support hiring for a wide range of law firms and venture funds for almost 2 years. She launched and leads the Legal Recruitment Practice at Paradigm Shifters, bringing expertise in placing lawyers from Associate to Partner/C-Suite levels for both Indian and international markets.

Her career began as an Associate at RNS Associates, where she handled civil and commercial disputes in Delhi courts, followed by nearly 4 years at Vahura. Now as a Senior Consultant with Paradigm Shifters, she excels in placing lawyers across corporate, disputes, and law firm roles.
